Through the study of career choice theory,career development stage theory,career life cycle and other human resources management theory found that job burnout is a person can not escape in the career of the phenomenon.At home and abroad,scholars from the perspective of management,education,psychology and other aspects of the study of the phenomenon of job burnout,research mostly concentrated in the hospital,large and medium-sized institutions and other help industry,civil service group job burnout research is still in the theoretical stage,Mainly to qualitative research.This paper discusses the phenomenon of job burnout of civil servants in administrative law enforcement by means of quantitative methods.It is of great significance to perfect the occupational burnout scale of administrative law enforcement civil servants and supplement the relevant research data,and to grasp the work and psychological state of administrative law enforcement civil servants effectively.significance.In this study,through the Nanning City Public Security Bureau of 12 police in-depth interviews,the questionnaire to make a preliminary design.Questionnaire forecast reliability,validity are more ideal,four times a total of Nanning City Public Security Bureau issued a total of 230 questionnaires,of which the effective questionnaire recovery rate of 95.98%.The final questionnaire was divided into two parts:the Job Burnout Scale and the Job Burnout Inventory.In order to study the relationship between the level of occupational burnout and occupational burnout of administrative law enforcement civil servants and their consequences,this paper mainly uses reliability,validity(exploratory factor analysis),descriptive statistical analysis,variance analysis,correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis Statistical analysis method,the main conclusions are as follows:1.The reliability and validity of the job burnout scale are ideal.2.Administrative law enforcement civil service job burnout in a moderate degree of job burnout.The gender,age,marital status,educational level,working life and job characteristics of demographic variables have no significant effect on the occupational burnout of administrative law enforcement civil servants.4.Job burnout has a limited predictive effect on the effects of occupational burnout.In view of the research results and the depth of the interview,the following countermeasures are put forward:First,the individual level.1.psychological strategy:PMA rather than NMA;2.behavior strategy:prevention,supplemented by the relief.Second,the organizational level.1.The implementation of the civil service classification system reform;3.Promote the application of the appointment system;4.Government departments to introduce EAP plan.Third,the social level.1.emotional support:friends and family care and understanding;2.Occupational sense of belonging to support:the spread of occupational positive energy;3.Mass support:group defense and social security comprehensive management.
