As the economy develops,it also comes to an aging of society I Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region;Provision of elderly community service becomes outstanding.As an special case of social structure in Xinjiang,PCC serves to elderly community with a different situation.“Han” is the largest racial group in Shihezi City,they came from different part of China and spent whole life building,protecting and perfecting this region.The aging population is growing rapidly.Although the comprehensive twin education policy has been implemented and has a certain effect on the aging of the population,the young people born in the 1980 s and 1990 s are migrating to the developed areas of economic and material cultural life in China,The size of the elderly population will not have much change,but increased the burden of support in the future for a long period of time,the army pension pressure will be more and more large,in the face of huge pension pressure,Corps of the elderly community care development It seems necessary.Elderly community has not existed for long,and related researches and study records are few.Late investigation shown various problems in funding,regulation,human resource,Info Distribution,and etc.Focusing on these problems,this article provides improvement to the community service,through studies on elderly community instances from domestic and overseas,actions includes Establishing and perfecting regulations,Enhancing Human resource availability and information distribution,Increasing Co operations across organizations,and Utilizing WWW network technologies for administration.Researches and Studies of elderly community status in PCC region will greatly help creating a better elderly community down the road.
