As a important elements of the government departments,primary civil servants play a crucial role.This paper takes Altay region's primary civil servants for instance,trying to use the stratified random sampling method to collect the data,and analyzes the job burnout of the primary civil servants in the Altay region.This questionnaire is made up of three parts,such as: basic information,job burnout scale,job burnout factor scale.Making use of SPSS17.0 statistical software to analyze the questionnaire,we draw a below conclusions:(1)The job burnout of the primary civil servant in the Altay region is moderate level.(2)Job burnout can be seen as emotional exhaustion,cynical,low sence of accomplishment(3)Due to personal background characteristics the primary civil servants of Altay region are exist differences.(4)Job burnout standard of the primary civil servants in the Altay region are largely due to individual factor,organizational factor and social factor.Moreover,the organizational factor is play the leading role.(5)At the end of this paper,we try to give suggestions on how to alleviate the job burnout of primary civil servants in the Altay region,such as mental health,work stress,performance appraisal,salary,promotion channel,training system,social support and communication mechanism.
