Analysis On The Contemporary Chinese Government Policy Implementation Capability

Since of the 18^th party.Put forward to the modernization of government management system and management ability in 2020,in order to achieve this goal,our country government public service and social management,to solve regulating economic construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics,regulatory market correctly guiding direction,maintaining social order and ensure the public safety,constantly thriving society.This solve the problem of public and government's ability to solve social contradiction and promote social development is the government executive ability.Before the academic study of government ability mainly concentrated in the formulation of government policy,public policy research scholars believe that early policy making is the core of government ability,government policy is formulated,in the case of can guarantee adequate personnel and funds,the policy can develop smoothly,ultimately achieve policy.But the reality is not.This article from the perspective of public administration and political economy,the concept of the Chinese government policy implementation ability,status,role,combined with the actual situation in our country,indicates that the reason affecting our country government policy implementation ability,and on this basis,from the construction suitable for the situation of administrative culture,strengthen the related theory and system to improve the comprehensive ability of civil servants,these three aspects to illustrate how to improve government policy implementation ability.
