Study On The New-type Relationship Between PoliticsAnd And Commerce Construction Of "Close" And "Clear"

The relationship between the government and the commerce,to some extent determines the freedom of a country's economic development and vitality.Since reform and opening-up,China has grown rapidly.Our economy,politics and culture had made great achievements.The non-governmental enterprises have become the fresh power to promote the country's economy.The government relationship with private enterprise is in the process of changing.Right now,continuing to deepen reform in the round is the basic approach with processing market disorder order.The key to straighten out the relationship between government and market is building a new model of political-business relationship.But,many problems still exist in the relationship between the government and the commerce.CPC General Secretary Xi Jinping met with the committee members of Federation of Industry and Commerce on the People's Political Consultative Conference on March 4,2016.He emphasized that we should build a New-type Relationship between Politics and Commerce.Such a new model of political-business relationship not only “close”,but also “clear”.The “close” illustrated that Government and enterprises must work in close cooperation.The government's macro-regulating and controlling relationship has changed from being the leader to being the servant.The “clear” emphasizes the criterion and technique in mutual contacts.This paper study of the New-type Relationship between Politics and Commerce did not completely negate the Traditional Relationship,but to get rid of harmful factors,and ultimately established a relationship between politics and commerce with well-defined boundary,clear division of power and responsibility,regularization,validity of supervision,orderly participation,motivation,cooperation,mutual benefit,all-win and common prosperity to better deal with the challenges of economic globalization.This paper is divided into five chapters: The first chapter is introduction about the background of this writing,research ideas,research methods and the paper's construction briefly.The second chapter is to define the concept of the Relationship between Politics and Commerce.Points out the connotation of the New-type Relationship between Politics and Commerce.And sets forth the necessity of building the new-type relationship between politics and commerce from the aspects of social and economic development,the transformation of governmental functions and the growth and development of enterprise.Chapter Three,according to reviewing the developing course of China's political-business relationship,feature of the relationship is discussed from macroscopic to microcosmic aspects in this paper.Then this dissertation summarizes the present situation of China's political-business relationship to analyzes the problems of China's political-business relationship.From the angles of each other's motivation and demands to explore the in-depth reasons for it.Chapter Four probes in to the ideas for constructing the new model of political-business relationship not only “close”,but also “clear” from three aspects,the philosophy of the rule of the law,the practical method and the cultural foundation.Chapter Five is mainly described the research conclusion.
