The Research About Advancing The Equalization Of Basic Public Services Between Urban And Rural Areas

Equal basic public services between urban and rural areas is conducive to narrow the gap between urban and rural,promote the overall development of the society.Is benefit to ease the conflict between urban and rural areas,to promote the construction of a harmonious society.In China,the equalization of basic public services between urban and rural is put forward in this context,there is a wide disparity in the fundamental public service between urban and rural,and has seriously hindered the social equity.In our country,the system and policy has always been city partiality,which is a important reason to lead to urban-rural dual system.Do more profit for the people and help people to get rid of sorrow.The rural area is the "short board" and has pulled down the level of the economic society of our country.the same,in order to improve the overall development of our country,complete the rural "short board" is priority.With the continuous development of our social economy,especially the development of rural areas,compared with the previous,farmers are require higher quality of basic public service,and satisfy their personalized needs.In the rural areas,low level of the fundamental public service,and in short supply,in order to improve the situation,the government should give enough attention to rural development,and enhance the support to improve the common development of basic public services between urban and rural areas,and improve the sense of "gain" of rural residents.Based on these conditions,I have made detailed instructions in this paper,about the relevant concepts,the theory and experiences at home and abroad,the current situation of public service,the problems in the process of promoting equalization and so on,and put forward some targeted countermeasures.Through perfecting the financial system,to promote the equalization of investment between urban and rural;Learn from foreign experience to construct a multiple supply system;Improving the mechanism of the farmer to express their demands;rich index system of public service;Keep comprehensive supervision about the development of basic public services in rural areas.This is a long-term and arduous task,which requires the continuous efforts of the government and the whole society.
