Performance appraisal is a practical problem in the management of law enforcement personnel in binhu district.The central research problem of this paper is to expound the main methods of performance assessment of urban management law enforcement officers in binhu district.Find out the problems in the performance appraisal of urban management law enforcement personnel in binhu district and analyze the existing reasons.The countermeasures and Suggestions to improve the performance assessment of urban management law enforcement officers in binhu district are explored.This paper takes the performance assessment of urban management law enforcement personnel in binhu district as the research object.Using three research methods of literature,interview and case method,By reviewing the relevant research materials of urban management and performance appraisal,the paper analyzes the importance and necessity of performance appraisal and provides a basis for improving countermeasures.In the research process,the city management law enforcement personnel of binhu district were interviewed to learn the existing problems and problems of the current system and obtain important information.At the same time,the paper analyzes the performance assessment of urban management law enforcement personnel in huishan district,draws lessons from it and learns from it.This paper analyzes the composition of urban management law enforcement personnel in binhu district.Summarize the principles,objects,contents and methods of performance appraisal currently used.The difficulty of finding out the current performance appraisal is that it has not been able to effectively evaluate the organization's work efficiency.Conduct face-to-face interviews with law enforcement officers of different positions to get a true view of performance appraisal.This paper deeply analyzes the problems existing in performance appraisal of urban management law enforcement personnel in binhu district.Reflected in the performance appraisal responsibility is not clear,spirit incentive weakening,set the goal and the appraisal of real,promotion mechanism does not match the separation quality,lack of necessary communication,work hard to measure and so on six aspects.The main reasons are the lack of the thought of performance management,the lack of scientific job analysis,the difficulty in quantifying the performance of law enforcement personnel,and the imperfect assessment and supervision mechanism.The comprehensive analysis of the paper puts forward countermeasures to improve the performance assessment of urban management law enforcement personnel in binhu district.First,set reasonable goals and set different assessment goals for different responsible subjects.The second is to establish a reasonable assessment system,that is,combining with the characteristics of binhu district law enforcement,and referring to the municipal bureau's assessment team methods.The third is to improve the assessment method,it is suggested to introduce the 360-degree performance appraisal method,and try to balance the application of the scorecard method in practice.Fourth,we should improve the system of job promotion,give full play to the incentive role of performance appraisal,mobilize the enthusiasm of the team members and form a correct concept of competition.Fifth,improve the transparency of the assessment.After determining the performance plan,it is necessary to implement it accurately.Every team member should be informed of their own assessment status.The sixth is to increase the participation of the public in the assessment.In combination with the complex environment of binhu district and the people-oriented nature of urban management work,the assessment system with the participation of the public is a complete performance assessment system.
