Research On The Behavior Process Of Farmers Participation In Villagers' Autonomy

Villager autonomy is one of the basic self governance system in our country.It plays an important role in promoting the development of rural grassroots democracy and mobilizing the enthusiasm of farmers' production and life.As a form of democratic governance,the fundamental feature of the villagers' autonomy is the effective participation of farmers.In recent years,with the improvement of living standards,farmers' enthusiasm for democratic participation is rising,more and more farmers are willing to participate in the daily management of the village.The villagers' autonomy has been developed and perfected in practice.Meanwhile,it has been recognized by the majority of farmers,and has made a series of achievements.However,with the deepening of the participation of farmers,villagers autonomy in the implementation process also exposed many problems.Such as the village committee has become the basic power organs in fact,the villagers' autonomy becomes a mere formality,and the rights of the peasants are deprived.Therefore,the study on the behavior of farmers' participation in Villagers' autonomy,on the one hand,we can understand the current situation of the development of rural villagers' autonomy,on the other hand,we can find a way to solve the problem of farmers' participation in accordance with the law of behavior development.It plays an important role in promoting the development of villagers' autonomy and the development of grassroots democracy,and promoting the citizen's consciousness.Based on the theory of social action,the theory of rational behavior and the theory of citizen participation,according to the law of the formation of behavior,this paper analyzes the process of farmers' participation behavior,and the main research variables include cognition,attitude and behavior.Farmers in baoding city,hebei province as research object,and using SPSS statistical analysis software to analyze the data.Analysis the forming path and internal relationship between farmers participation behavior,and according to the current problems of the participation of farmers,from the behavior angle to put forward suggestions,provide a theoretical basis for the development of rural autonomy organization and government management.Through the correlation and regression analysis,we can draw the following conclusions: First,in the process of the development of farmers' participation behavior,the participation cognition and participation attitude have significant positive effect on theparticipationbehavior,and the participation attitude plays a partial intermediary role in the participation cognition and participation behavior.Second there is a deviation between farmers' willingness and participation behavior,that is to say,the willingness of farmers' participation is not completely transformed into the actual behavior.The results of this study not only clarify the development path of farmer participation in villager autonomy,and from the angle of behavior found the key problems in the participation of farmers,provides reference basis for farmers to participate in the perfection of the theory and practice guidance.
