Application Research On Construction Of Support System Of Dementia In Society

Dementia is a worldwide problem,as the world population aging process,the number of people with dementia has been developed to the point can not be ignored.Abroad for dementia elderly social support is not perfect,and the research perspective is more subtle,pay attention to gender differences in dementia caregivers,emotional responses,the focus of attention in the home care of a social support level.However,the domestic large number of people with dementia,home care to the family not only brought great pressure no measurable,also brought a heavy burden.So the construction of a demented elderly social support system is quite important.In the social support system,developed a formal support network abroad,and the research focus is transferred to the informal social support.In China,the formal social support network is not perfect,from special case of home care and institutional care and two kinds of models for the elderly with dementia,the attention of the government is not enough,but also the lack of social participation,and informal support network has many problems,especially the problem of dementia caregivers.Although domestic scholars on the formal social support proposed a lot of views and opinions,but ignore the informal system of the wise,and this system is directly associated with dementia.Social support of the elderly with dementia should be considered from all aspects of system construction,we must strengthen the construction of the formal system,informal system should also increase the support,in order to solve the current crisis encountered dementia fundamentally and problems.This study applies the theory of ecological system,case management model of social work intervention,summarized the various subsystems of formal and informal social support system of the case,from the inside and outside the main solutions to meet all kinds of obstacles,the integration of family,friends,neighbors,community organizations,government and other social resources,reasonable coordinate the flow of various resources,build a relatively complete system of social support for the elderly with dementia.The main case again into society,to stimulate the confidence and courage of life,and cultivate hobbies,to explore the intrinsic potential.Case management is a new mode of work,social workers and social work intervention case management services combined,co-ordination of resources,coordinate the relationship between the parties,to the case of the main design scheme of personalized service,in the construction of social support system,while social workers bear the resources to provide,coordinator,brokers and other important roles,while evaluation scheme the effect of the implementation,continuous improvement,ultimately achieve the goal.This study suggests that construction should consider the full range of social support system and thoughtful people with dementia,should not only focus on the internal disorder of dementia itself,but also pay attention to the pressure of the caregivers,the case of the main mining potential.With the aging of the elderly with dementia deepened,may become a social problem,dementia caregivers team should be professional training,and the government should provide policy support and financial subsidies,and the development of incentive mechanism,in order to ensure the stability of the proportion of care.
