Prevalence Survey On The Status Of Supplies And Demand Of The Endowment Institution Services In Ji'an City

Objective The pension institutions has a strong strategic support for the old-age service system.The supply and demand are the most important issues in the development of the pension institutions.From the supply and demand two aspects,This study mainly to understand the status of pension services of the urban area of Ji'an City,so as to provide a reference for the construction of Ji'an pension service system.Methods First of all,we surveyed the 820 cases of the elderly who is over 65 years old,in the central area of Ji'an city.The questionnaire survey was conducted on the demand situation of the aged service for the elderly.The logistic regression analysis method was used to select the Influential factors about willingness of the elderly;Secondly,mainly through field investigation and qualitative interviews,to understand the basic infrastructure,service supply,service personnel and other aspects of the situation in the central of Ji'an City,and through the quality of the relevant personnel Interviews,to understand the status of institutional pension services.Combined with the demand and supply of two aspects of the status quo investigation,and through the literature access to the relevant information,summarized the lack of pension institutions and response measures in the Ji'an City.Results 820 cases of the elderly,who have the willing to stay in the pension agencies have 315 people,accounting for 38.4%,do not want to stay in the pension agencies have 505 people,accounting for 61.6%.The top three reasons which elderly people are willing to stay in the pension agencies have: the body of the reasons,do not want to trouble their children,their own children can not to take care of them.The top three reasons who do not want to stay in pension institutions have:the pension agency prices are too high,the level of service is not high,not willing to go to nursing homes at all.There are 12 factors which could be having an influence on the willingness stay in the pension agencies,the results will have a statistical difference.These factors include education level,the number of children,health status,occupation,monthly income,source of life,community day care center understanding,the current way of endowment model,comprehensive degree of the pension agencies.Logistic regression analysis showed that the factors,which could be have common influence on the willingness stay in the pension agencies,the results will have a statistical difference.These factors include the number of children,health status,the current way of endowment model,pension agencies to understand the situation,the children of the old institutions of the views of the common impact.The analysis of the supply demand of the old-age institutions shows that there is a problem that the supply and demand of the old-age care institutions in Ji'an City are not matched.The vacancy rate of the old-age institutions is high,and the service quality of the old-age workers is large and the quality of service needs to be further improved.Conclusion In order to improve the level of service for the elderly,It requires government,institutions,social efforts to optimize resources,overall planning,so that the potential will be converted into effective retirement behavior.Strengthen the combination of medical care,attach importance to psychological comfort and cultural construction,Ji'an citizens to provide better institutions for old age services.
