Study On Community Endowment Of Retired Teachers In University

With the deepening of the aging of population in our country,the aging and empty nest situation is severe,the disabled elderly are more and more,and the problem of the elderly endowment is increasingly prominent.Due to the development of modernization and increasingly miniaturization of family structure,the traditional family endowment functions gradually weakened,and the development of institutional pension is uneven,which is difficult to meet the demand of elderly endowment,thus exploring a new endowment model is imminent.At the present stage,our country is gradually establishing the social pension service system,which is based on family endowment,community endowment,institutional pension and medical support.The state strongly advocates the development of community home endowment,making the elderly in a familiar environment and accepting the professional endowment services to meet the growing demand of the elderly.But it's worth studying that to what extent the mode of community endowment suitable for the elderly in China.In this paper,the S community retired teachers as the research object,using the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods,to extract 140 retired teachers samples for empirical investigation.The author focus on the demand and the current satisfied situation of retired teachers from four aspects of daily life care,health care,cultural entertainment and self—realization,found that a higher proportion of choosing the community endowment,and they can enjoy community endowment service,therefore vigorously carrying out community endowment to meet the demand of retired teachers is more importment.In fact,however,the development of community endowment in S university faces a series of problems,including the function of community endowment service principals is dislocated,infrastructure is not perfect,the endowment mode has not been established,the lack of professional staff and retired teachers lack of self—realization platform.On this basis,the author puts forward some suggestions: clear responsibility principals,improve the infrastructure,vigorously promote the endowment mode,cultivate professional talent team,build a self—realization platform for retired teachers,hoping to provide some references for the development of the community endowment in university.
