The Research On The Township Government Performance Evaluation System In Tong Shan District Xu Zhou City

Along With the development of our country's economic and reform and opening up,will continue to deepen the administrative system reform.Our country government performance appraisal will be as one of the important means of government administration,to the advanced theory and practical experience of western developed countries and China's specific national conditions,the combination of constantly improve and improve in line with China's national conditions of local government performance evaluation system.However,at present our country the study of local government performance evaluation system is still in its infancy,the design of performance appraisal system still exist obvious drawbacks,need further innovation and optimization.In Tong shan zone township performance evaluation system as the research object,from the perspective of empirical analysis and research on the construction of local government performance evaluation system,hope to contribute strength for the research of government performance evaluation.First of all,from the perspective of the domestic research status,this paper reviews the development of local government performance evaluation at home and abroad,studies the related theory and the government performance appraisal results,formed a basic understanding of government performance evaluation system.Then adopt empirical research method,the key research of brass area township performance evaluation system,analyzing on the problems existed in the Tong shan district township performance appraisal system,and then to solve these problems,refer to the domestic advanced experience and research results to rebuild Tong shan area township performance appraisal system,from the construction principles,organizational structure,evaluation object,content,the weights are set,scoring method,evaluation result application seven aspects to be analyzed,and combining with the related data of the past and comprehensive evaluation of the assessment results,verify the scientificity and rationality,finally put forward relevant safeguard measures of the newperformance evaluation system,further improve the examination system.This article to Tong shan district township performance appraisal into the orbit of scientific,standardized and institutionalized,eventually push Tong shan district government performance level of ascension.
