The Research Of Public Security Ideological And Political Work In Sudden Group Incidents

Currently,our domestic development and reform have evolved to half the battle,when obstructions need to be conquered,along with the profound restructuring of social interest and economy.However,due to factors of social interest strata polarization,inappropriate government deeds and etc.,conflicts accumulate amongst people,which may outbreak,cause interest confrontation and pose impacts on social harmony,stability and healthy progress under certain circumstances where conflicts fail to be alleviated.Those conflicts are embodied mainly in unexpected mass incidents.Public security agencies,the legal guardian of national security and social stability,play an important part in dealing with unexpected mass incidents.From the perspective of the author,good implementation of ideological and political work in public security agencies is the indispensable foundation of successfully handling unexpected mass incidents and realizing excellent emergency management.It is also a necessary path to educating and guiding police officers to solidify the consciousness of aim,broad thinking,discipline and devotion.In this thesis,based on the features of emergency management of unexpected mass incidents,insightful induction has been drawn including the characteristics,significances and basic experience of political work in public security affairs.Migrated here are Indoctrination Theory,Maslow's Need-Hierarchy Theory and Incentive Theory.Regular process patterns of unexpected mass incidents are utilized as the main line.In accordance with the analysis of relevant cases and literature,innovatively discoursed here is how ideological and political work should be extended in different stages of public security agencies' combat against unexpected mass incidents.This thesis consist of five parts.The first part,the introduction,includes background,significances,thread,methods,literation review and etc.In the second part,defined are the concepts of unexpected mass incidents,emergency management,ideological and political work in public security agencies.The third part has introduced the theoretical basis and operating feature of extending ideological and political work in public security agencies' emergency management of unexpected mass incidents,defined are the significances of political work in public security agencies.In the fourth part,inducted is the basic experience for ideological and political work drawn from past disposals of unexpected mass incidents and emergency management.In the fifth part,concrete procedures of ideological and political work are discoursed respectively in pre-combat,combat and post-combat stages.
