Research On Injury Crime And Its Victim

Traditional criminology focuses on crime,while ignoring the study of its opposites-the victims.But in fact,crime and victimization are two aspects of a problem that can not be divorced,and sometimes even causal.The victims themselves have the victimization,play the role of inducement,stimulate the motive of the crime,provide the crime to facilitate the implementation of the conditions,reduce the risk of crime or the role of auxiliary crime,crime victims and victimization are important components of crime research and are of great importance to crime prevention and control.On the basis of systematically studying 2079 cases of injury occurred in Zhenhai District of Ningbo City in the past five years(2011-2015),this paper discusses the dialectical relationship between the victim and the crime in the crime of injury,and focuses on the type and characteristics of the fault of the victim.This paper summarizes the characteristics of the susceptibility,inducement,and tolerance of the victim itself to weaken or eliminate the victimization of the victim of the crime.The author puts forward the precautionary measures of the victim injury crime from the social level,the community level,the individual level three aspects to hierarchical construction of victimization prevention system.
