Research On Public Opinion Countermeasure Of Public Crisis Event Network In Wemedia Age

In recent years,the development of China's Internet has been unprecedented,with the popularization of the network and the rapid growth in the number of Internet users continuous.Internet plays an important role in the expression and dissemination of public opinion.Almost every public crisis will cause the strong reaction of Internet users,leading to the free market of public opinion.However,in the face of a sudden crisis and the sudden gathering of network discussion,related departments may be hard to or fail to handle such a situation,resulting in the expansion of the case.Under the new context,the normalization of the outbreak of public crisis,the rapid spread of events and the government's ineffective measures to deal with network discussion along with public crisis have become our challenges and the issues worthy of academic concern.This paper mainly analyzes the current situation,characteristics and development rules of network opinion on public crises,Based on the analysis of the case of the 8.12 incident in Tianjin this paper aims to find out the new characteristics of the government departments when facingthe media,the difficulties government departments are facing in coping with sudden crises and the rapid expansion of network opinion,and effective strategies for these problems.Chapter one is the introduction about the current environment of public opinion development from the media network and the background of the relevant empirical events,which shows the necessity of the research.With the intention of construction of theory.Chapter two and three,including the introduction to the concepts,characteristics and development rules of public opinion in public crisis,presents the exploration of the interrelationship between the distinctive concepts.Chapter four is the analysis of the network public opinion in Tianjin 8.12 and a summary of causes of the public opinion from the media network.Chapter five,with a methodology for how the government,in front of such incidents,enhances the Government's capacity of management and shows the establishment of an efficient network of public opinion Mechanism for the practical meaning of the thesis.Chapter six presents a conclusion,which may shed some light on the future work.
