| In the third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,the party changed the "social management" to "social governance",which marked the overall upgrading of the concept and mode of social governance in China,opening a new chapter for the modernization of Chinese social governance.Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC was held,XiJinping actively explored the construction of the social management system from the overall situation of socialism with Chinese characteristics and from the vital interests of the people.Therefore,the system of social governance thought has been gradually formalized and preliminary results has been achieved.It has great theoretical and practical significance as well as strong vitality in line with the development of social history.XiJinping’s thought of social governance mainly discusses the basis and significance of XiJinping’s thought of social governance by comparing the domestic and international academic researches.This paper studies and analyzes the necessity and development courses of the formation of XiJinping’s thought of social governance,which is influenced by the excellent traditional culture of China,and absorbs the essence of the theory of the social governance by the classical writers of Marx,and also meets the urgent need for the development of our society at the same time.The formation of XiJinping’s theory of social governance can be divided into two stages:initial stage and proceeding stages,and it is still developing.Key content of Xi Jinping’s thought of social governance are expounded.By expounding the precis poverty alleviation concept,education,livelihood security consciousness,network security concept,national security concept and management innovation,this paper summarizes the basic characteristics of XiJinping’s idea of social governance,namely,“the combination of inheritance and innovation”,“ the combination of whole and part," “ the combination of ruling by law and governance with morality," and “the combination of maintaining stability and rights ".In addition,this paper illustrates the practical value of XiJinping’s thought of social governance by combing with the construction of socialist society with Chinese characteristics since the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC. |
