Study On The Present Situation And Optimization Strategies Of Providing Old-age Service For The Elderly In Country

With the continuous progress of society and the rapid economic development,China's population is inevitable to enter the stage of aging.In recent years,China's aging degree has been deepened,and the speed has increased.In the country,the degree of aging in Chongqing is particularly serious,the burden of aging is very heavy.Based on the investigation of the basic living conditions of the National Academy of Social Sciences and the survey of the basic living conditions of the Academy of Social Sciences in 2015,this study selected three sample points within the scope of Chongqing,using the questionnaire survey,the study of relevant literature and field research Interview,according to the questionnaire survey and interviews with the results of the current rural elderly in Chongqing,the status of old age supply and demand.The results show that the elderly in rural areas of Chongqing,the elderly service in short supply,rural elderly pension needs in the economy,society,ideas and other factors under the common influence of a huge change,from the traditional affordable pension to higher Level of quality-oriented pension change.There are still many shortcomings in the supply of rural old-age service in Chongqing: first,the demand structure of the old-age care service in the rural areas changes,the total supply is insufficient;second,the lack of talent is serious,the general quality is low;third,,The power and responsibility is not clear;Fourth,the low utilization of resources,the lack of targeted supply.Therefore,it should be in the rural elderly to optimize the supply of old age service,so that every old man can enjoy old age.To further optimize the supply of old-age services,on the one hand,it should ensure that rural elderly people get the pension services they really need;on the other hand,social resources are also scientifically configured and fully utilized.Therefore,on the basis of literature research and field investigation,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of supporting the supply of old-age care in rural areas as follows:(1)In the supply subject,let the market open and realize the diversification of the main body of the old-age service;(2)In the supply of the object,Rural elderly service needs of the elderly on the basis of the level of division,through the actual situation,fine distinction between different needs of the elderly groups to achieve the best supply and consumption docking.(3)According to the actual situation of the needs of rural areas of old-age care,try to build a "medical combination" long-term care service system.(4)In the old age service skills,to strengthen the skills for practitioners training,improve the employment threshold,so as to enhance the overall level of supply of old age services.(5)in technical means,through scientific and technological means to improve the supply of pension services,enhance service capabilities.
