According to the latest statistics,China's civil servants about 90% is below the section the cadres,60% of institutions working in the county the following,suggesting that most of the civil servants in our line of work at the grassroots level.Local government is the epitome of a society,the face is all kinds of things,huge workload,all kinds of complex,uneven wage return.All these will influence the initiative,enthusiasm and creativity of the work of grass-roots civil servants,how to motivate them effectively,fully mobilize their work potential,let them play their wisdom and talent,reflect their due value,so as to improve the overall administrative efficiency of the township government has important theoretical and practical significance.In this paper,some township grass-roots civil servants in Huian County as the research object,the use of literature research and questionnaire survey method,the township grass-roots civil servants incentive mechanism to conduct in-depth research and discussion.First,a general overview of the existing incentive status;secondly,by way of questionnaire survey on the existing incentive existing problems are analyzed;the third,profits from the Hong Kong and Taiwan and other countries and regions grass-roots civil servants incentive related experience.Finally,it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the grass-roots civil servants incentive mechanism.In this paper,the study is Huian County existing incentive mode of operation of the foundation,draw lessons from Hong Kong and Taiwan and other countries and regions of grass-roots civil servants incentive method,practical basis and experience for reference finally summarized and to enhance the township based civil servants work efficiency have positive significance on the thorough investigation and analysis.
