Research On Incentive Mechanism Of Residency Cadre Of Villages And Towns In Anxi

The current Township Village Cadres Incentive mechanism design is scientific and reasonable,directly related to the level of government performance level and administrative level,which is of great significance to resolve China's new rural construction,rural issues.Therefore,establishing a scientific and perfect village cadres incentive system,constantly improve the cadres working enthusiasm and initiative,strengthen their sense of mission and occupation quality,provide a more thoughtful and careful guidance and services for farmers.This paper takes the empirical research methods,in-depth study of the Anxi County Township Village Cadres Incentive Problems,in-depth analysis of the existing incentive mechanism of Township village cadres,including: in the salary system of village cadres,village cadres design unreasonable political promotion way less,village cadres education and training system is not perfect,in the village the performance appraisal of cadres is not perfect.Then analyze the reasons behind the township cadres in Anxi County village cadres incentive problems include institutional level,concept level,operational level.The Anxi County Township Village Cadres Incentive Measures,including improving the salary incentive mechanism of village cadres,increase political motivation,improve the training system of village cadres,improve the township village cadres assessment methods.
