Research On Development Difficulties And Government Management Of Guangzhou“Internet+transportation”

With the rapid development of Information technology and market economy,the idea of”Internet+” which firstly formally put forward in Yiguan 5th Mobile Internet Exposition in Nov.,2012,already becomes common in life.In third session of 12 th National People's Congress in March 2015,the Premier Li Keqiang firstly presented the “Internet+” action plan in government work report.In transportation industry which become increasingly associated with people's life,all kinds of ”Internet+” now impact strongly even changed people's life.DIDI DACHE,UBER already bring strong shock to traditional taxi market.As a new industry in the national economy,transportation industry is no exception.As Guangzhou is the front line of Chinese reformation and opening,how to properly handle the development difficulties of “Internet+transportation” to promote the new development of Guangzhou transportation industry becomes a big challenge for Guangzhou government.In order to make current Guangzhou transportation be accustomed and keep pace with “Internet+” development,it becomes imperative that government shall find the essential meaning of “Internet+”,and find the problems and tough issues to be changed under current chanlleges,so as to comply with development in information times and meet people's daily life demands.Hence new type and modern transportation and governance management system can be established and improved gradually.This paper aims to analyse the current challenges of ”Internet+transportation”,starting with explaining the impacts and challenges of Guangzhou transportation industry then further studying current Guangzhou ”Internet+transportation” situation,providing a comprehensive and systematic analysis to the urgency,importance,perspectiveness of deep integration of Guangzhou transportation industry and “Internet+”.Moreover,this paper states general situation of logistics industry in some important cities home and abroad,then concludes some experience and enlightenment through studying the general situation,problems and strategies so to provide some benefit for the development of Guangzhou “Internet+transportation”.At the last part,this paper offers some related suggestion and proposals for Guangzhou “Internet+transportation” development considering the situation,developing policy and strategies of Guangzhou transportation industry,which is estimated to carry out all-round information,technicalization,intellectualization construction.This industry is supposed to continuous improve related laws and regulations,push the standardized developing of third parties in transportation industry,adopt new service mode and speed up the training of related professional personnels.All these contribute to promoting the supply-side structural reform of Guangzhou transportation industry,giving an impetus to the innovative,spanned and scientific development in 13 th fifth-year plan.
