On The International Anti-terrorism Cooperation Under Anti-terrorism Law

Nowadays,the terrorism has been top threat to non-traditional security of nations.After Usama Ben Laden was executed by US army,the international anti-terrorism has been in the new era of Post-Laden Time.A great number of terrorism organizations such as IS made hundreds of terrorism attacks with great negative influences on the world,demonstrating the tendency of international terrorism which can be concluded as internationalization,individualization and networking,attracting members from all over the world to join in and awaking other terrorism organizations such as Boko Haram to follow: the situation for international anti-terrorism has been rather serious.The anti-terrorism task is now not separate work but the major mission for a community of common destiny for all mankind.In order to adapt to the anti-terrorism practice in the new era and put the international antiterrorism cooperation into the path of rule by law,The Anti-Terrorism Law of People's Republic of China was proclaimed on December 27 th,2015 which creatively comes up with many new mechanisms of anti-terrorism cooperation and marks the important milestone in international anti-terrorism cooperation of China.With such background,the essay analyzes the complicated situation of anti-terrorism,in accordance with The Anti-Terrorism Law of People's Republic of China,the Ninth Amendment of Criminal Law of People's Republic of China and other laws and regulations of anti-terrorism,tries to conclude the theoretical structure for international antiterrorism cooperation of China,accordingly examines the current situation of the international anti-terrorism cooperation of China,and explores the outlook and strategy of its development in the future so as to provide reference for the progress of Chinese anti-terrorism combat.
