The Countermeasure Analysis On Migrant Population Management In The Background Of New-type Urbanization

Boosting the human-centered new type urbanization is the historical task of our country's modernization construction.In the construction of the new type urbanization,floating population is both the important driving factor,and also produced many management issues.Strengthening the work of floating population under the background of new type urbanization contributes to promote the impetus of new type urbanization construction,and solve the social problems in the process of development.This paper takes the example of Zhoushan City Zhejiang Province,on the basis of investigating and surveying Zhoushan City present situation of floating population and the management pattern,analyzing the deficiency of floating population's management pattern under the background of new type urbanization.Finally extract and summarize the countermeasures and thinking of floating population administration under the background of new type urbanization.The core of this paper points out the counter measures of the floating population management under the background of the new urbanization.The idea of the counter measures is the integration of the management objectives of the government and the development demands of the floating population.In order to realize the concept of the new urbanization,the management has to meet the needs and development of the floating population.Based on the theory of government management and Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs,this paper analyzes the demands of survival,affiliation,and development of the floating population.To meet the survival needs,it is essentially necessary for the floating population outside to meet their economic satisfaction.About the affiliation needs,after settling down in a new city,the must-do for the floating population is to integrate into the society.In the development needs,the floating population should get a skills-andquality improvement.From this point of view,taking Zhoushan,Zhejiang as an example,this paper discusses the counter measures of floating population management under the background of the new urbanization,in terms of the economic,social management,community culture integration and development,and quality improvement.
