A Study On The Participation Of Young Volunteers In Social Governance In Huaxi District Of Guiyang

Along with the rapid development of society,social organizations to provide volunteer service has become an important form of social governance.The youth volunteer volunteer organization as an important force in the team,to participate in social governance issues worth exploring is one of the contents.This research is for the youth volunteers,focuses on the citizen participation perspective,uses the method of literature research,open the interview method,and questionnaire survey,analyzes the issues and reasons about youth volunteers to participate in social governance in Huaxi district of Guiyang the micro area,comes up with corresponding countermeasures,is aimed at the area of young volunteers to better participate in social governance,provides theoretical references and some practical experience,better promotes youth volunteer to undertake the responsibility and mission of social governance.At first,based on the literature at home and abroad,defined the definition of youth volunteers and social governance,and illustrated the theoretical tools of this article—the citizen participation theory,explainedthe fit between the citizen participation theory and social governance.Then,introduced the contents of youth volunteers to participate in social governance,based on the citizen participation theory,from the subject,object,approaches,institutional environment and other factors,analysed young volunteers in social governance role and issues.Moreover,according to the actual situation as the object of investigation of Huaxi district of Guiyang,analysed data and information about youth volunteers to participate in the social governance of Huaxi district,excavated existing issues,and used the theory of citizen participation to analyse reasons from the perspective of youth volunteers,based on specific events,Participation way,institutional environment.At last,on the basis of early analysis,with the actual situation,based on the theory of citizen participation,summarized countermeasures to better promote youth volunteers of Huaxi district to participate in social governance.
