Network Emergencies And The Improvement Of Government Crisis Public Relations Ability

Along with the development of informatization and network,the society has become a "network society",at the same time,all kinds of network emergencies happen more and more frequently,which brings adverse effects on network security and social security.In the new media environment,the government and society began to pay attention to these emergencies,the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee considered and adopted the Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Some Major Issues Concerning Comprehensively Deepening the Reform,this decision for the first time proposed to improve network emergencies Disposal mechanism,so we can combine the formation of a positive guidance and management of the network build the public opinion work pattern,this puts forward new demands on the government's ability to deal with network emergencies.This paper is based on the public relations ability of government crisis,at the same time,the paper makes a brief introduction to the Nanjing Peng Yu case,8.12 Tianjin Tanggu big bomb incident and the Liaocheng smashed mother murder case and other three network emergencies,so that we can explore the necessity,problems,causes and countermeasures in dealing with network emergencies about the government crisis public relations ability.Now,there are still existing some shortcomings in the government crisis information processing capacity,government coordination ability,network public opinion guidance ability and rehabilitation ability,the paper analyses the reason at the same time.Therefore,it is necessary to cultivate the awareness of crisis public relations,build crisis public relations professional personnel,improve the crisis public relations legal system,establish efficient and coordinated organizational mechanism and improve the government crisis public relations operation process to improve the ability of government crisis public relations,so that we can deal with network emergencies more effectively,maintain network security,and create a healthy and civilized network environment and social environment.
