Transportation is the fundamental,guiding and strategic industry in the national economy,and important service industry specially in Inner Mongolia.Constructing modern integrated transportation system is the objective requirement,which can help adapting,acknowledging and leading china’ s new normal’ of economic development,provoking the structural reform of supply-side,promoting strategy implementation nationally and regionally,as well as building a well-off society in an all-round way.In the period of the 13th "five-year-plan",we are stepping into a new age of integrated tourism of the whole people and all areas,promoting by integrated transportation.By now,integrated mode of transportation system in our country is in the transitory stage stepping from "preliminary integration" to"deep integration ",this mode can promote all traffic ways transiting from individually development to integrated development in coordinating various transport development capacity,improving the efficiency and level of integration as well as enhancing integrated service level.As a part of integrated transportation,general aviation and short-range transportation is the important way of satisfying personalized and multi-level transportation demand.In this thesis,we will research and discuss the government role in Inner Mongolian general aviation and short-range transportation.This essay mainly describes the condition of Inner Mongolia general aviation short-range transportation,summarizes and analyzes the existing difficulties of it,then,gives suggestions for government on how to play a better role in short-range transportation by using for reference of other countries.
