Performance Management For County Government

The paper chooses government performance evaluation as study object.Based on the basic theories of performance management and government performance evaluation,this paper puts forward the basic principles of government performance management,Constituent elements of performance evaluation This paper analyzes the current situation of the performance management in Sanming City,analyzes the existing problems of county government performance management in Sanming and other Cities and their reasons.This paper analyzes successful experiences in performance management from other cities.At the end of this paper,the author puts forward corresponding suggestions on perfecting performance management of the county government,that is to promote the innovation of management theory,promote institutionalization and Standardization,strengthen team construction,build a good environment for performance management;promote development concepts,build a scientific performance management system,advancing the development of democratic assessment,promote the utilization of performance evaluation,establish incentive mechanism for performance management.
