It has under the problems, such as: bureaucratization of the community organizations’ administrative functions; lack of funds and single source; a low level of professional service team; slow development of social organizations and lack the voluntary spirit, and so on. Therefore, to prefect the elderly community daytime care of Shenyang, the research pointed out some methods based on the summary the experience of domestic and international elderly community daytime care. It will be involved in the following aspects:strengthen the government’s dominance; highlight the main body status of community; Constructed multi-channel investment mechanism; professional service team and encourage social forces extensive participation.For elderly community daytime care services, the government has duty-bound responsibility, but the development of modern society requires the participation other social forces.Therefore, it is the key point of elderly community daytime care on how to integrate the community resources and establish a professional service teams, and the better service for the elderly.
