Teaching is not only a kind of activity type, and can also affect students' life development. High school students need not cooperate with the teacher to complete the surface learning, but in teaching can really learn knowledge and skills, making study serve the practical purpose. So we should not only from the teaching process to strict control, but also on the teaching results of teaching, teaching energy and meaning from beginning to end, let the students get development in teaching.Situational teaching theory is extremely practical significance, and it is based on the practice of teaching theory, from the situation of teaching practice is only a paper talk. Effective teaching is the effectiveness of teaching efficiency, teaching result, teaching efficiency aspects to comprehensive evaluation of teaching, is in the whole teaching process is completed a reflection, evaluation of teaching, which will in turn promote the improvement of teaching. Situational teaching effectively combines the advantage of the situational teaching and effective teaching, the practice of art appreciation teaching provides executable guidelines, and effectively solves the problems that exist in the art appreciation teaching. During the internship, the author under the guidance of the effective situational teaching, explore the creation of effective situational, and put the idea into the practice teaching, and has obtained the good feedback of learning.Effective teaching is the key to creation of effective situations in process of teac-hing, effective creation of situation directly affects the effectiveness of teaching. How to create effective situation then? Based on their physical and mental development, visual perception and periodic learning features, tailored for students to create an effective situational teaching. Present the features of the effective situational teaching in practice. And compared with the invalid situations teaching makes it effective situational teaching concepts clearer, the ability of art appreciation put forward new requirements. Finally, through the author analysis of the instructional design during the internship, presents some of the specific recommendations and proposals for implementation of effective situational teaching, and according to the students'feedback to reflect on improving effective situational teaching. At the end of the article the author herewith an invalid case of situational teaching, and two effective situational teaching under the guidance of teaching cases for comparison, and explains in detail every step of the design intent. High school art appreciation as an important part of high school art class, the importance and necessity of it is indisputable. Art appreciation teaching need to be set all of their talents and to find the most effective and the most suitable student teaching methods have reached the effective, efficient, and to act in the best interests of the student ability of art appreciation.
