A Study On Self-consciousness Of Employment Of Undergraduates And Its Measurement

The self-consciousness of employment of undergraduates is a totally new concept,the new point of view for studying of the employment of undergraduates also.Self-consciousness is an important performance of subjectivity,many actions of the people do have an inseparable relationship with it.As an integral part of the awareness of employment,self-consciousness of employment been overlooked Previously,although it plays a very vital role in the formation of the concept of employment.Studying on self-consciousness of employment of undergraduates can not only reveal the awareness of employment of undergraduates,but also can provide some advancement for career guidance of college students and to improve it's relevance and scientific nature.This study by interpreting the self-consciousness of employment of undergraduates,try to understand and explain the process and performance from a different angle on the employment of university students.Based on that,through constructing the scale of the measuring for self-consciousness of employment of undergraduates,we made some attempt for the study by mathematical statistics method.Either doing theoretical analysis or mathematical analysis,our fundamental goal is to solve practical problems and to promote college students employment.By doing theoretical analysis,we initially clarified the concept of the self-consciousness of employment of undergraduates,its characteristics,its composition and conditions for its realization,as well as,we ultimately constructed the self-consciousness of employment of undergraduates scale owning 23 topics through rigorous investigation and statistics.
