Basic education reform is going on,The curriculum standards requests the Textbook should " face all the students","Improve students' biological science literacy","Pay attention to the connection with the real life" and "Advocate students Self-assessment".One of the ways to realize the requirements of curriculum standards is detailed analysis of the latest version of the Textbook,and draw lessons from the advantages of other versions of Textbook,which making teachers understand the content and design intent of the Textbook, And then completes each teaching goal.This paper by "Genetics and evolution"module of PEP And JSEP Version of High School Biology Textbook take as an example,Use the method of literature and comparative study to compare the structure,Catalog Design, content,column arrangement,experiments,exercises,and illustrations of the two versions of the book.The study found that:?Though the system of Textbook of JSEP is not strong, its extending the knowledge of Textbook and have good knowledge link;Content arrangement of PEP has a strong logic,but the depth and breadth of curriculum is relatively shallow, and the correlation degree between the relevant knowledge is not enough.?The column type of JSEP is less, but each column function is clear; The Textbook of PEP have more Column types, but it is the cross overlapping phenomenon.?The experiment of JSEP pays attention to the cultivation of students' inquiry ability;Experiments of PEP on students' ability to explore the requirements of low.? The exercises of JSEP college entrance examination over year,which helps students to practice ahead of time;The exercises of JSEP is more simple,to investigate students' mastery of basic knowledge and laws.Through the comparison of the Textbooks,so teachers can know clearly the characteristics of the PEP,and draw lessons from the advantages of JSEP, to help teachers avoid weaknesses and fully understand the Textbook,and then completes each teaching goal,to guide students to the level required by the curriculum standards,At the same time, it can provide some suggestions for the compilation and revision of the Textbook.
