Along with the widely implementation of new curriculums standard nationwide,the original traditional education mode is gradually replaced by new form of classroom organization and new teaching modes, "Local curriculum", "school-based curriculum" and other new curriculums are booming in many schools across the country. This article is based on the opportunity of Hohhot No.1 middle school school-based curriculum development, studies and analyses the process of the development about school-based curriculum, and through the problems in the process of school-based curriculum development,the article analyses the questions need to be paid attention in curriculum development and the developmental directions in the future.Through the literature research method, combination of theoretical research and practical research method, and typical case study method, the article analyzes and defines the concept of school-based curriculum,analyzes the history and status quo of the school-based curriculum development at home and abroad,and sums up the principle of the school-based curriculum development,and the types of the school-based curriculum, and to take the example of the development of No.1 middle school school-based curriculum, designs the developmental procedure of the school-based curriculum, practices the practical cases about geography school-based curriculum development——Practice development cases of school-based curriculum, extended subject cases of school-based curriculum, intensified subject cases of school-based curriculum. In the process of case practice, the author designs and practices the research idea, course goal, teaching content, teaching method, and evaluation system in the three types of school-based curriculum, and find that the school-based curriculum plays an important role in The cultivation of students' comprehensive quality, professional development of the teachers, and the establishment of the distinctive schools, and has the influential effect in the societyBut in the practice process of the cases, the author finds there are problems in the development of geography school-based curriculum, such as time is limited in student activity and teaching hour arrangement, limitations in the content of curriculum development, limitations in the numbers of curriculum development teachers, part of teachers are lack of participation enthusiasm, the extended and intensified school-based curriculum is lack of own school characteristics, the students' go out issue of Practice development school-based curriculum should be pay more attention. And take these problems as the main objects of analysis, thinking the measures to solve the problem, such as in the development process,Teachers should deal with the relationship between the traditional teaching and student activities,in some large-scale holidays about environment,when it comes to program design, teachers Should give full consideration to the issue that practice activities are constrained by school study time, the activity design should be simple and nimble, and Should not take up too much students 'learning time; teachers should emphasize the concept of new curriculum in the process of school-based curriculum practice, and should not let the school-based curriculum transform in to traditional teaching, the teachers should fully arouse the enthusiasm of the students, cultivate the students' practical ability and thinking ability, and improve the student' participation; the schools should strengthen the management of school-based curriculum, give teachers effective evaluation, connect the workload and effect of the school-based curriculum to teachers' salary system and the assessment of annual work, connect the development evaluation of school-based curriculum to the teachers' assessment and promotion system, to encourage teachers to actively participate in school-based curriculum development and implementation, enhance teachers' initiative of development; when students need to go out, and have investigation or visit, the schools should transport for the students, and before the go out activity, the schools should inform the class teachers and parents in advance, get the agreement from them and have their signatures, then let the students go out to have investigations uniformly.Through the development, rethink, and improvement in the three types of school-based curriculums, the author concluded that: the development process of school-based curriculum should be to establish a school-based curriculum committee and the leading group for the premise, the school-based curriculum committee and the leading group should encourage teachers, and the theme should be open, in the developmental process, the curriculum should be Characteristic, rural related, interesting and practical; in the developmental process of school-based curriculum, The teachers should study the development background of the course carefully, enact course developmental idea, curriculum objectives, arrangement of teaching content, teaching methods and evaluation system; pay attention to the management of teaching process of school-based curriculum and the establishment of evaluation system.
