In recent years, Chinese experts and scholars through the reflection of Pisa results, more and more attention to the pupils' homework problems: why other countries less than six times the time, but it can achieve the same excellent effect of education? In this paper, the author of the current homework in the content, form and other aspects of the research, and in considering the long-term development of students on the basis of the study of the needs of our primary school students what kind of homework.Since the implementation of the new curriculum reform, performance has not become the only standard to measure the students' learning effect. Therefore, the functional aspects of the job has also been a big change, not just focus on a simple test scores. Accordingly, many researchers design the families of all the types of operation, such as noted in the first chapter of the domestic and foreign literature studies, scholars have proposed supermarket optional homework, parents' participation in homework etc.. The aim is to reduce the homework burden and promote students' physical and mental full range of long-term development. But according to the second chapter of the current situation for the primary school homework investigation found that the scholars of education experts, will not be executed. Teachers, parents of students homework more grasping more tightly, and under the requirements of the school, the parents of pupils' homework involved in more and more, which, most of which are in rough style, clueless, which in a certain extent hinder the students to think independently, the autonomous learning ability of exercise. The end result may enhance the quality of their homework, the students individual learning ability has no obvious effect. Continuously for a long time may form a vicious circle, the student is likely to gradually lose the ability of autonomous learning, become increasingly reliant on others. Furthermore, he will need to more homework.Based on the independent study, this study is to re evaluate the function of homework, and puts forward the suggestions of homework design in three aspects: parents, schools and students. And then in the fourth chapter, from the perspective of promoting the development of students' autonomous learning ability, the innovative design of homework is carried out. Mainly for the primary school Chinese homework, combined with the flipped classroom and other emerging learning methods, the content, form, evaluation, completion of the work of the innovative design. At last, a school is chosen to carry out the experiment. By comparing with the original work, the rationality and effectiveness of the above design are verified.
