With the development of the times and increasingly fierce competition, our society needs more cooperative and innovative talents, which bring up new challenges to our basic education curriculum and teaching reform. To meet the need, cooperative teaching become an important teaching and learning method advocated by the new curriculum. In face of the situation of the new curriculum reform, politics teaching in senior high school must change the traditional teaching mode, "mouthpiece", "chalk and talk" teaching mode has not adapted to the requirements of era development. Classroom teaching should not be teachers monologues, but teachers and students cooperation. Teacher as a "director" should study cooperative teaching theory deeply and systematically as well as arouse the study and cooperation enthusiasm of students in order to make students become the master of study.According to her own high school politics teaching practice experience and based on the previous cooperation teaching theory research, the author used literature study, classroom observation, interviews, analysis and synthesis and induction method to summarize the present situation of the application of cooperative teaching in Ideological and political course in high school, in the meantime made a in-depth research for the existence questions of cooperative teaching in Ideological and Political course in high school. The author put forward the optimization teaching measures of the course. This paper is divided into five parts.The first part mainly expounds the connotation, characteristics and theoretical basis of cooperative teaching, and discusses the importance of cooperative teaching in high school Ideological and Political course from different angles.The second part deals with the analysis of the current situation of cooperative teaching the high school Ideological and Political course with teaching practice. This paper argues that, at present, cooperative learning in Ideological and Political education in high school has made some achievements. However, there are still some problems, such as, the formality simplistic of the use of cooperative teaching, blind use of cooperative teaching, teachers' lack of regulation ability in teaching cooperation, unreasonable team construction and the unequal opportunities of participation.The third part is to explore the reasons for the problems in the use of cooperative learning in high school Ideological and Political course mainly from three aspects: teachers, students, schools and teaching evaluation system. The author analyzed the causes of the problems.The problems of teachers: Teachers' superficial understanding of the teaching of cooperative learning, teachers' role orientation, teachers' lack of classroom control skills and skills,etc. The existence of these problems result in the situation of cooperation without learning.The problems of students: The quality difference, the weak cooperative learning concept, lack of cooperative learning skills. These problems result in students' disobey the classroom discipline, inattention, denial of cooperation and other issues in cooperative teaching process.The problems of schools and education evaluation system: too many class numbers, the drawbacks of the present education mode, the unreasonable education evaluation system. The existence of these objective problems also restrict the cooperative teaching.In the fourth part, put forward the optimization teaching measures is put forward. Personally, the optimization of high school Ideological and Political cooperation teaching should come from the following several aspects: firstly, teachers play the guiding role. It is mainly include the choice of content and timing of the cooperative teaching, the effective organization of cooperation, effective guidance and monitoring of cooperative learning, scientific evaluation and detailed analysis. Secondly, it is important to consider students as the main body, exert students' autonomous learning. The better use of cooperative teaching relies on the training of students' cooperative learning awareness, improvement of cooperative learning ability, and create the atmosphere of cooperative learning. Thirdly, teaching material is centered to reform and improve the cooperation teaching contents. Reforming the contents of students' Ideological and Political books and writing reference books about cooperative learning teaching can create better environment and theoretical reference for cooperative teaching method.
