The Study On The Transformation Of Liren College Yanshan Uniwersity To The Application Of Technical Colleges And Universities

At present,the difficulty of College Students' employment has become an important social problem.It involves many aspects such as social stability,heavy family economic burden,confusion and doubt about domestic higher education,which we do not pay attention to.The reasons for the difficulty of College Students' employment are also complex,for example,the surge of college students,the decline of education quality caused by large-scale enrollment expansion and management lag,the absence of majors,the disconnection between professional and social needs,and the moral and personality defects of College Students under the influence of money first.Among them,the main reason for the difficulty of College Students' employment is that the quality of their students can't meet the social requirements.They also appear in two aspects.One is that students do not grasp knowledge well enough,and the other is that their knowledge is out of touch with social needs.It is July 2015 in this social context,the Ministry of education,the national development and Reform Commission,Ministry of Finance jointly issued the "guidance" on the guiding part of local colleges and universities to change the application type,pointed out that in order to further meet the needs of social and economic development,to guide the part of local colleges and universities to apply technical orientation transformation.This paper intends to Liren college development process as an example,according to the employment situation of college students is currently facing,combined with today's social development status of the talent needed by analyzing the structure of higher education system from the advanced countries of Europe to Germany as the representative of the University of Applied Technology School,illustrate the development of transformation Liren college to the college is an application technology the inevitable choice.Through the analysis of the survey and interview results,from the perspective of school orientation,policy guidance,student training mode and training of teachers,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the transformation and development of Liren college.
