Lesson plan presentation is teacher put peers or experts as object, based on pedagogy, psychology and other theories, for the teaching methods,learning methods and so on carries on the teaching design, a form of teaching and research while using verbal expression and explanation. Through the analysis of literature, study the lesson plan presentation development and current situation in theory, survey research on Inner Mongolia Baotou city KunQu primary school teachers as the research object in practice, and research on BaoGang primary school as case study. Summer up generate the issues of cultivating primary school teachers' lesson plan presentation ability,and the cause of the problem, In order to propose effective and practical cultivate strategies of primary school teachers' lesson plan presentation ability. This paper research consists of five parts:The first part: This part from theoretical and practical point of view that the significance of primary school teachers' lesson plan presentation ability.Summarize the results of the analysis of previous research, specifically research methods.The second part: Defining the concept of lesson plan presentation ability.Based on the theory of curriculum and instruction, constructivism psychology,Marxist philosophy,explain the enlightenment of lesson plan presentation.The third part: The survey of Baotou city KunQu primary school teachers' lesson plan presentation ability. Professional title evaluation, the interview of teacher certification, lesson plan presentation competition,teaching research activities, as the main way to develop the lesson plan presentation ability in Baotou primary school. BaoGang and some others part of Baotou city KunQu primary school teachers' as object of investigation,using the survey in the form of questionnaire and interview, while going onfield observation research of BaoGang primary school lesson plan presentation ability.
