| In the period of economic transition, high-skilled talents play an irreplaceable role in accelerating readjustment of the industrial structure, improving product competitiveness, promoting scientific and technological innovation, etc. Strengthen the cultivation of high skilled talents is an important measure to enhance the core competitiveness and build an innovation-oriented country,as well as it is the key to transform abundant human resources into high skilled talents. At the same time, whether from the state, society, schools, and for the training of high skilled talents, it is a long-term process that is necessary for all parties. This paper reviews some policies,regulations and methods about the cultivation of high skilled talents in China. We put forward some problems and suggestions on the basis of current situation.The paper is divided into six parts. The first of all, the research background and the core concept is introduced. Secondly,social and economic status of high skilled talents are discussed in the context of our personal policy. Part three analyzed the evaluation and accreditation mechanism of high skilled talents from schools, enterprises and society in the labor market. Then the methods of high skilled training are divided into tripartite which including higher vocational school, technical school and school-enterprise cooperation to expound. The fifth part introduces several basic methods of enterprises’ participation in high skilled training, and by Huawei, for example, the enterprise internal training. Finally, according to the current policy of high skilled training, to sum up some problems and suggestions. |
