The Research On Teaching Staff Construction Of Compulsory Education Stage In Frontier Minorityarea Of Guangxi

Frontier minority areas are the special for China, which has the strategic importance and is a place of minority settlement. Daxin County is located in the southwestern Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and borders Vietnam for about 43 km. The long-term residents of Daxin County include 15 nationalities, involving the Han People. Education is the root of the country and the foundation of national prosperity and progress. As the basic part of compulsory education, the construction of teaching staff has the directly effect on the quality of education development. Therefore, it has the dual and special functions, which is related to the minority and education work. It is not only concerns the economic and social development in the frontier areas, but also the national unity and stability, as well as the education development and the talent cultivation of China.In order to explore the construction of teaching team in frontier minority areas, this paper makes a direct understanding on this topic. The author do the research in the schools at compulsory education stage and take the teaching staff construction as research object on basis of fieldwork in Daxin county by comprehensively using the specialty knowledge, references, investigations, hosting forum and collecting data.This paper summary the achievement and the basic experience of the teaching staff construction in frontier area of Guangxi and analysis the difficulties and reasons of the construction, as well as clarify the characteristic of regular patterns. The research is based on the situation of Daxin County and the foundation of the relevant policies. This paper can provide effective basis for the education development, teaching staff development and relevant policy-making in frontier minority areas.
