To enhance the quality of higher education is the theme and core mission since the popularization of higher education, and the basic requirements for the construction of our higher education. Therefore, an objective reflection of university teaching quality and improving its level will inevitably become the common aspiration of higher education stakeholders. Ideological and political theory is a important course taken as shaping values and beliefs of undergraduates, so evaluating their quality of teaching is undoubtedly of great significance and value. Previous evaluations is more concerned about course content, teaching methods, teachers' level, the allocation of resources and other factors, so the students get a sense of evaluation has been neglected and intuitive, which is neither conducive to accurately reflect the quality of teaching curriculum, nor conducive to assess the impact of mining the main teaching quality causes and countermeasures. Conduct research on the perspective of the quality of teaching curriculum experience of ideological and political theory course is an effective method of teaching quality survey, which helped to identify the key factors affecting the quality of teaching, so as to the ideological and political theory course curriculum, teaching methods, assessment methods provide innovative treatment strategy. The research will help to identify the key factors affecting the quality of teaching, and provide innovative management strategy about curriculum system, teaching methods, assessment methods of the ideological and political theory courses.In this study, we taken six colleges and universities in Henan Province as the research sample from three level, and conducted an investigation about 2150 college students with revised curriculum experience questionnaires. After the test of questionnaire reliability and validity, the data obtained has laid a good foundation further data analysis with higher consistency and effectiveness. This paper uses statistical analysis software SPSS16.0. Firstly, we described the total situation of teaching quality from different disciplines, gender differences in the perception of the university students; Secondly, we deeply analyzed teaching quality both the student satisfaction with teaching and education gains; Finally, we used the text qualitative analysis software Ucinet to analyze open-ended questions. Gradually in-depth analysis by the above manner, the present study reflects the current panorama of ideological and political theory teaching quality problems and causes.According to the analysis results, students understand the classroom learning goals, more explicit course task, and recognize classroom atmosphere created by teacher. Because of too strong theoretical course content, unreasonable course task, outdated teaching methods, lack of awareness of the importance of curriculum, teacher center exam-oriented education and the concept of curing other reasons, The teaching quality of ideological and political theory class appear many problems, such as resulting in the lack interaction between teacher and student, not high student enthusiasm, relative lower student satisfaction. In view of this, we propose improvement strategies to enhance teaching quality of ideological and political theory, for example, practice actively the "student-centered" teaching ideas; innovation and optimization based on the characteristics of students and courses teaching methods; increasing teaching practice and improving the quality and level; establishing and improving relevant systems to enhance the quality of teaching and so on.
