Development of School Physical Educational Evaluation System has experienced a scratch,never pay attention to the importance,from passive to active supervision and supervision from randomness to the process of legalization,in the process of development and progress in showing the many deficiencies and problems.School physical education supervision and evaluation system is an important part of school sports supervision,but also the implementation of the main measures of supervision and school sports one of the ways.Scientific and rational school physical education supervision and evaluation system is an important impetus for the development of school sports and binding,the development of school physical education and improve the monitoring and evaluation system to better promote the overall development and progress of our school sports.Scientific and rational system of supervision and evaluation of school physical education is not only the implementation of the tools and methods of education inspectors oversee governance and administrative departments and schools at all levels,but also an important basis for school sports and sports teaching again improved.At the same time,the level of monitoring and evaluation system of school physical education development level is an important indicator of the level of national education and realistic portrayal of effective supervision and evaluation of school physical education system is able to bridge the gap between regional school sports in large part,to enhance the quality of teaching of school physical education as development,many domestic and foreign scholars and experts in educational supervision and sports workers were multifaceted,multi-level research of Educational Evaluation regime,has made certain the research results have been published and published many articles and books related to school physical education monitoring and evaluation system,trying to find a suitable for the current situation of China's sports school supervision and evaluation system development philosophy of education,and propose solutions to the current school physical education supervision and evaluation system problems in the development process of countermeasures.Current research and literature school physical education supervision and evaluation of the thematic study on school physical education monitoring and evaluation system are rare,especially in a comprehensive study of the current school physical education supervision and evaluation system based on the development of practical and theoretical specialized research less.Research on existing relevant school physical education monitoring and evaluation system for this study provides some basic research.First,development path: Ancient China on a "Physical Inspection";The initial formation of the Modern School Physical inspection system;After the founding of New China,entered a rapid development period: Perfect stage,Growth stage,Recovery phase,Rapid development stage.Second,development Status: With the rapid development of China's social,economic,political,School sports and School physical education supervision has made many achievements,initially established a top-down four school sports administration system,the content of school physical education supervision gradually systematization and diversification.Third,problems: less emphasis on school physical education supervision,level of theory and practice is still shallow,functional division of labor is not clear,scientific evaluation criteria of educational supervision,combined with "inspectors" and "Administrative Supervision" deficiencies.Fourth,restraints: steering the laws and regulations system to be perfect;steering institutional settings unscientific;inspector training and supervision of team management system is imperfect;the ways to implement the content of educational supervision inadequate;lack of education specialized supervision theory.Fifth,improvement Strategy: promote the process of building the rule of law,the adjustment of government administrative functions;strengthen supervision institution-building,establish and improve the supervision system;strengthening supervisory staff and team culture;strengthen the process of supervision,improve the efficiency of educational supervision;improve supervision information system.Sixth,implementation of the principles: in the implementation process of school physical education supervisors should follow the following principles: guiding principle,the principle of comprehensiveness,objectivity,controllability principle,the principle of effectiveness.Through the study of various periods of the emergence and development of school physical education monitoring and evaluation system,development status and the development of emerging issues.Reasonable opinions and suggestions for the development of school physical education monitoring and evaluation system,we hope that through the contents of the study on the development of School Physical Educational Evaluation System in China play a role in promoting and facilitating.
