In the context of demonstrating the whole process about the conflicts between middle school teachers and students in daily life, to analyze the performance of the main body in conflicts, to scoop causes of conflict, to advocate to treat it with peace and objective mentality, and to create a good relationship between teachers and students and teaching environment ultimately; On the basis of existing research, select the teachers and students of H junior high school in Rizhao city, Shandong province as the research object, through a period of nearly four months of fieldwork, integrated use of observation, interviews and other methods, learn more about the development process of the conflict about ninth grade as the representative, and present the specific event of the conflict by "storytelling" approach as a basis for research and analysis.Among them, the reason of the conflict between teachers and students involve four aspects of students, teachers, schools and families, which mingle and affect each other. By finishing and induction of conflict events between teachers and students occurred during the investigation, the specific reasons include: community norms is executed unfairly; the communication channels between teachers and students is not smooth; intergenerational culture between teachers and students is split; the punishments of teachers is inappropriate; the psychological problems and homework problems effect it; the time and space is monitored strictly by school and the rural educational atmosphere and family education is diluting and missing under the background of urbanization and industrialization.Head teacher assumes overmuch task to resolve conflict in H junior high school, however, although overt conflict is quickly resolved, it often causes other problems simultaneously because of the usual solution to resolve conflict is to take a variety of(punitive) means to force students to admit mistakes and surrender: on the one hand, the way of conflict only change from a visible way into a hidden deeper, more imperceptibly ways, this is also a common problem after verbal, physical and other overt conflict in H junior high school; on the other hand, on the basis of the conflict between ordinary classroom teachers and students isn't really solved, it adds new conflict between the head teacher and students, or even evolves the conflict between teachers and students into the conflict between teachers and students ‘relatives. Moreover, the frontline teachers of ninth grade in H junior high school have a strong negative attitude towards conflict, and then they pay too much attention to negative effects of conflict about them and teaching, while ignore some positive meaning of conflict between teachers and students.Based on the above problems, the author presents the countermeasures and suggestions to prevent and resolve conflict for teachers and students who as the main body. Against different stages of conflict development, the specific countermeasures and suggestions are not the same. Before overt conflict between teachers and students: teachers and students should strengthen communication with each other, explore the truth behind the problem behavior, change the differentiated and utilitarian style of coexistence and treat each other equally; the teachers should update teaching philosophy, change mindset, learn to release pressure and play the role of class cadre groups as "firewall". When the conflict is taking place in different location, the strategy is also not the same: to temporarily calm the situation and reduce negative effects to a minimum, the teacher should exercise restraint when the conflict takes place in the classroom. However, when conflict occurs in the office, the teachers and students should vent their negative emotions and opinions on the basis of restraint;Meanwhile, the head teacher should choose the appropriate time to intervene. After overt conflict, person in it should be psychological counseled timely to prevent and solve the psychological risks. In addition, parents should maintain communication and cooperation with teachers, pay attention to not only intellectual but also other aspects of children' development, hearken to children' heartfelt wishes and choose a more appropriate growth path for children.
