The Research Of Community Vocational Training Model For The Organized Rural-Urban Migration

In the process of urbanization,more and more of the rural population were concentrated in new urban communities by an organized way,this leads them to face a problem of social integration.From the perspective of Economics,One symbol of rural-urban migration melt into urban society is that they become the main urban consumption. Because of residents’ consumption capacity depend on their income, when rural-urban migration got a good job, they can become the main urban consumption.Actually,because of they are difficult to obtain employment,their consumption capacity has a downward trend,and were margina-lized gradually, if things go on like this, thus forming a new dualistic structure in the inner city,and will bring social and economic turbulence.therefore,the research on build one community vocational training model for the organized rural-urban migration has theoreti cal and practical significance.Several aspects are discussed in this paper:First,author define some notions like or-ganized rural-urban migration community,community education,vocational training.Then has some brief summarization and conclusion on theories of human capital,social integra tion and community governance.Second,author analyzed the present situation of organize d rural-urban migration community,talk over Chinese urbanization background,and the de mand and path of rural-urban Migration melt into urban society,then give a general ana-lysis on necessity and feasibility of community vocational training for organized rural-urban migration.Third,according to the investigation,compared different training modes of Jinan and Changsha.Then Through the comparison of effect between community and non community training mode,sums up Advantage, effect and Enlightenment of community in vocational training of organized rural-urban migration.At last, drawn from the researches of theoretical and practical, this paper consider community should play a more important and active role, and advocates Promote rural-urban migration melt into urban society by community vocational training.This paper proposed to establish the overall idea, system design and the specific architecture,make the model consists of operation, course, support-safeguard three modules for the succes-sful developing of organized rural-urban migration community vocational training.
