Since the late 1990 s,many countries around the world attached great importance to the implementation consistency of curriculum standards and implemented the standard-based curriculum reform widely.Under the background of the reform,researchers in China have begun to pay attention to the guiding role of curriculum standards on the compilation of textbooks,instructions and academic assessments.Consequently,the implementation consistency of curriculum standards has arisen to an important field in the study of curriculum.As a rapid development of emerging subject,the IT in senior high school is lack of theory research,especially research on the implementation of the curriculum standards.So the research takes the IT in senior high school as an example to discuss three basic questions: How about the situation of the implementation consistency of curriculum standards? What are the factors that influence the implementation of curriculum standards? What suggestions can be given to improve the consistency of implementation?The research consists of six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part which mainly deals with the research on the origin,research review and research program,etc.The second chapter is about the theoretical research of the implementation consistence of curriculum standards.This chapter mainly includes the introduction of core concepts and the study on the SEC analytic paradigm etc.The third chapter studies the research process of the implementation consistence of curriculum standard.This chapter mainly includes two parts.First is the localization improvement of the SEC analytic paradigm.The second part is the research process including the research samples selection,data coding and standardization of the curriculum standards,textbooks,teaching and academic evaluation.The forth chapter is the analysis of the implementation consistency of the curriculum standards in the high school information technology,which mainly including the calculation of consistency index P and the general analysis of consistency.The research found that the consistency level of textbooks,instructions,academic assessments and curriculum standards is not high;The consistency level of the theoretical knowledge module is generally lower than the operational skill module;The consistency level of the theoretical knowledge module and the operational skill module presents the same variation trend in general.The fifth chapter is the affecting factors of the curriculum standards implementation consistence.Based on the analytical framework of Fullan et al.,the research analyzes the affecting factors of implementation consistence through the data of questionnaire survey and interview which can be divided into three dimensions: the curriculum standard itself dimension,the implementation strategy of curriculum standards dimension and the external environment of curriculum standard implementation dimension.The sixth chapter is the suggestions of the implementation of curriculum standards which is also discussed from three dimensions of the curriculum standard itself,the implementation strategy of curriculum standards and the external environment of curriculum standard implementation.
