Modern culture of many visual publication of picture books is made up of images or figurative, abstract symbols and words of interaction and integration of complex, also can saying is the comprehensive literature and painting art, is the result of image text, by delicate graphic elaborate, convey to the narrative artistic conception, become an excellent media art performance, to convey cultural values. This creation across cultural and racial segregation, but also created the infinite combination of literature and art value. This study culture and consumption, the relationship between culture and creativity as the basic, to explore the creative painting.First part of this article by painting the creation of the status quo at home and abroad theoretical research and practical research. This paper expatiates the reason and significance. The article second part will draw the creation and the combination of fine arts education in junior high school students, understand the basic background of picture books in China, to explore contemporary painting the form, content, aesthetic experience and discusses from the modern consumer consciousness painting the creation of the product and the reader response, hope to the multicultural development mode of thinking and innovative teaching strategy; Reading picture books writing derived multi-cultural value competitiveness; Parsing caused by the contemporary painting this applied to all kinds of text ability training. The article third part is the present situation investigation and study, through the questionnaire investigation of the tenth middle school students in haikou city, to understand their perception of this creation and creative ability, to explore the picture books in obligations, the feasibility of the fine arts education, case analysis and summary of domestic and foreign outstanding teaching. The article fourth part for the creation of teaching practice, students work analysis and reflection, to cultivate students "social culture and life practice" and "art" combination of consciousness.In this article, through draw this creative teaching in junior middle school fine arts curriculum research, to create "theme, story" type picture books teaching, the planning, design, draw this creative teaching, the "communication, sharing" type picture books teaching curriculum design, and finally it is concluded that to draw the art teaching in junior high school students ability of information selection and extraction, visual symbolization diversity expression ability, abstract perception and emotional ability, social ability of the emotions.
