Secondary vocational education is in the basic position in the vocational education system. Though it has made a big progress in the past ten years, the present situation of "large scale with poor quality" has not fundamentally changed. And the quality of running a school as well as the effect of educating are far from the society's requirement. The education and teaching reform of secondary vocational has always been the general concern of the community, and has led to many research and discussion for a long time.The Second classroom, as an extension of classroom teaching, is a very important part of the educational process system, which plays an important role in knowledge consolidation and broaden of the students as well as broaden their horizons or improve their comprehensive ability. However, there are long-term common problems in the Second classroom of Secondary Vocational schools, such as poor management and disorder, low efficiency, nor can they carry out occupation education regularly etc. There is a few systematic academic researches for the Second classroom of Secondary Vocational schools. The research on the combination of the Second classroom and vocational skills training in Secondary Vocational schools is still in its initials and discussion stage.Based on the case analysis, this research is to explore the practice of the Second classroom and to discuss the way to combine the Second classroom with vocational skills training in Secondary Vocational schools so as to realize the innovation of talents training model.The empirical analysis indicates that a new model which is more suitable for the talent training as well as a new method of Secondary Vocational school students to become a useful person.This research is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction of the background, the reasons, the research purposes, the significance as well as the present situation and existing problems of the Second classroom at home and abroad and the relevant concepts are defined. The second part expounds the influence of the Second classroom practice on students' skills in Secondary Vocational schools in theory. The third part mainly on the investigation of the developing condition of Second classroom in some Secondary Vocational school, including the development forms, content, learning atmosphere, effectiveness, system construction and supporting measures etc. The problems and causes of the development of the Second classroom in Secondary Vocational schools are summarized. The fourth part is the main part. This part studies on the practice of Second classroom in Jiangxi Electronic Information Engineering School, including the background, work objectives and training project tasks, implementation process, supporting measures, the results and the existing problems. The fifth part puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for the Second classroom in Secondary Vocational and the development of Secondary Vocational education.
