Educational technology leadership plays an important role in promoting the teaching, organization and management, and promoting teachers' professional development. However, it is so slow that development of educational technology leadership can not keep up with the pace of educational technology in china, which restrict the effective use of information technology in education.Our country having carried out some promoting program or training courses about the educational technology, and using the network platforms to train educators in the past few years.Although the training has achieved effect and has improved the level of the educational technology leadership, but there still have a gap between our countries and developed ones. In contrast, training in our country has such problem that the relatively dispersed context, single promotion way and small scope of training objects.All above have affected the whole effect of educational technology leadership training. Therefore, it is urgent to understand and learn mature experience in the promotion of educational technology leadership from other countries. In America, the educational technology leadership promotion program has achieved great success through degree courses, so the successful experience can provide reference for us.This paper is based on the comparison of domestic and foreign educational technology leadership about the research subjects, research perspectives and research methods,combing with the current situation and problems in current educational technology leadership. Put forward to expand the research fields and learn the advanced experience from America.The research uses one horizontal main line and one vertical main line to analyze the master degreecourse of educational technology leadership in America. "Horizontal main line" mainly analyzes present situation of educational technology leadership master degree courses in America. So,the research chose the master's degree courses of educational technology leadership program from 12 American universities as sample source. Using the content analysis method and interview method to analyze the courses credit requirements, courses names, courses description, courses context and course structure. Summarize the characteristics of the educational technology leadership master's degree course, the degree courses in conformity with the national standard are different;course names combined with course description;diversity of curriculum structure types; research and practice courses get more attention."Vertical main line" mainly analyzes the development of educational technology leadership master's degree course in America. So, taking the program at center for the advanced study of technology leadership in education as a case,which are the firstly set up the degree program in America. Sorting out the process of historical development, analyzing the design idea, support activities, course adjustment according to the social development. Summarize the characteristics of the curriculum design: diversified curriculum design idea; resource sharing support course promotion; constant adjusting the curriculum; Research and teaching support each other.Finally, summarize advice about the master degree courses of educational technology leadership in America from the macro, meso and micro level. At the macro level, emphasis on the top-level design of educational technology leadership.(1) set up specialized agencies to conduct systematic researches and personnel training;(2) open the application, for the community to provide online promotion courses. At the medium level;(3) select appropriate schools and implent level certification of educational technology leadership;conduct the research and design about training program and curriculum system :(1)designdegree courses according to the national standards and the learners' needs;(2) select the teching content from various subjects, strengthen the curriculum internal logic;(3) promote the integration of curriculum knowledge and establish the practice-oriented training objectives.At the micro level, discuss the design of course teaching and supporting activities;(1) deepen the understanding of the application of education technology based on situational teaching;(2) using diverse ways to support the educational technology leadership curriculum teaching;(3) establish shared ideas, provide resources and development proposals to other schools.
