Study On Undergraduate Teaching Quality Guarantee System Of China's Petroleum Universities

The thesis stems from the education and teaching reform project of Hei Longjiang province in 2016,which has become urgent problems to improve the undergraduate teaching quality of our country's petroleum university.The object of this research is the construction of China's petroleum university's teaching quality assurance system,and the main line of this paper is "why construction--existing problems--how to construct",we introduce the related concepts and multiple closed-loop theory and the total quality management theory and other basic theories,and it play an important role to lay the foundation of follow-up study.Meanwhile,we preliminary analysis the problem of petroleum industry's assurance system through the method of literature research,case analysis method,as well as the comparative method.The problems include the missing of quality standards and imperfect management mechanism,the imperfect of organization,the absence of assurance body and so on.To the existing problems,we gradually analysis and present the suggestions about improvement the teaching quality standard,the perfection of quality organization,the multi-subject participation,the establishing of information feedback and so on.In this research,three school are selected,namely China University of Petroleum(East China),Northeast Petroleum University and Chongqing University of Science and Technology,this paper makes a contrast and research from three aspects: the general situation of school,the personnel localization and training objective,and the construction of teaching quality assurance system.In the end,we present a model of "seven-position" quality assurance system based on our research,and hope it can provide an effectively guiding significance for the construction of teaching quality assurance system in colleges and universities of petroleum industry in China.
