2016 is to deepen the comprehensive reform of education, accelerating the modernization of education in the field of a year. "Thirteen Five" Plan made it clear that to promote the modernization of education.The realization of modernization of education, the difficulty lies in long-term focus and steady development of rural education. While improving the quality of rural education,we must firmly grasp the fundamental subject of teachers in rural, they are the most critical in supporting rural education power.This article is from the perspective of empirical research, on-the-spot interview investigation of lushan county of henan province rural high school teachers.This article is from the perspective of empirical research on Lushan County, Henan Province Rural Middle School Teachers field interview survey,Investigating Lushan county rural middle school teachers survival present situation, this study from three aspects to investigate,for instance the basic situation of rural secondary school teachers(gender, age, marital status, seniority, education, training, research, job title), the treatment conditions and the flow(flow whereabouts flow will, profession self-perception).This paper analyzes the impact on the flow of rural middle school teachers in rural secondary school teachers in rural education as a whole and the individual according to two push-pull theory, and it find that the flow of teachers during the existence of the problem. First, the flow of teachers in rural areas is rapidly, particularly a large number of young teachers flow very fast, and it lead the rural teachers team very instability, at the same time teachers ages distribution is unreasonable; Second, teachers unreasonable flow such that overall quality of teachers is not well upgrade, instead of an outstanding teacher to focus on a few areas, increasing the allocation of educational resources imbalances; and finally, the imbalance teachers, in turn, caused a further loss of teachers in rural areas, which is almost Matthew practice in the field of education, thus the entire rural teachers is in a restive state, rather than in a benign dynamic equilibrium process.For the above phenomena and problems,, the author conducted in-depth exchanges and interviews with Lushan County Rural teachers, and we study its flow caused by the subjective and objective reasons, but especially this paper from abroad and China share similar cultural background of Japan and South Korea are introduced related measures to promote the rural teachers to stand a reasonable level of liquidity, puts forward the following basic strategies: first of all,he government should manage the civil service for teachers;Second, establishing the teacher exchange mechanism in the form of legislation;Third,putting in education in urban and rural areas should be reasonable investment;Fourth, resolving the troubled life of rural teachers; Fifth, giving rural teachers humane care, spiritual Awards.The study enriches the theory of rural teachers management, at the same time, we can introduce new thinking on rural school teachers in the management of innovation, but also it provides reference for the education authorities to formulate relevant policies.
