Is now in a new world,the world is very importance to talents,talents education cannot leave school this platform,more from the teacher education talents.And professional level of teachers determines the level of talent quality,to improve the level of specialization of teachers leave the "lead" to reflect on practice,help each other and professional,however ground class can fully embodies the three aspects.Grinding class in high school language teacher education teaching process,has been one of the crucial they hope to grind classes to improve their professional level.Under the background of this paper is mainly about the specialized high school language teacher grinding course effectiveness is studied,and the total is divided into three parts,the first part is the professional background of high school Chinese teacher lesson prevue,this paper introduces the grinding class related content,in general terms about the specialization of teachers,high school language teacher specialization,grinding and other related concepts,types,and the practical significance,in terms of content,this part can be said to answer the question of "what";The second part comparatively detailed analysis of the professional background of high school language teacher lesson grinding of the effectiveness of the present situation,the reasons and the ground class in high school language teacher education teaching ability,the influence of the content of this part of answer the "why" grinding lesson this problem;The third part on the basis of the second part made the professional background of high school language teacher lesson on how to improve the grinding efficiency of strategy,that is answered "to do" this one problem.In simple terms,in teaching a line of high school language teacher,they can improve their education teaching ability,is urgent and their methods on how to improve their ability and level is in constant exploration and practice.Lesson grinding can improve the language teacher text reading,determine reasonable teaching goal,grinding efficient teaching methods,suitable teaching details of polishing ability constantly.Hope through the study of this paper can be for the high school language teacher provide favorable reference in grinding course,and then in the teachers' specialization under the big background,improve the teaching quality of high school Chinese teacher professional grinding class.
