Nowadays,the teaching mode of flipped classroom has invoked great concern in the circle of education.In order to achieve good results,teachers are essential basic elements of the flipped classroom.By studying the literature,we found that the current researcher for the study of flipped classroom has not pay sufficient attention to the ability of teacher to conduct this kind of teaching mode.Therefore,teachers' flipped classroom capacity as our research purposes,By the literature analysis,questionnaire analysis,SPSS statistical analysis we investigated the teachers' flipped classroom capacity problems in depth,in order to provide a reference for teachers to enhance the ability of the flipped classroom teaching.Through the analysis of the other aspects of the teacher's ability to conduct the flipped classroom combined with this paper,defines the core concept of flipped classroom,ability and flipped classroom professional ability.provide the theoretical basis for this paper.On the basis of literature research,combined with the related documents in China How Net(CNKI).Defines the dimensions of the teacher's ability to conduct the flipped classroom teaching.Including five aspects: the awareness and attitude of flipped classroom teaching,the basic professional knowledge and skills of the flipped classroom,the design ability of the flipped classroom teaching,the implementation ability of the flipped classroom,And,moreover,the responsibility and love.On the basis of this,a questionnaire survey was made on the current primary school teachers' flipped classroom ability.Based on the investigation of the teachers of S primary school SHAHEKOU District of Dalian City,found the school teachers is weak in the field of information technology skills especially in the ability to make flipped classroom micro video?audio and flash.And poor capacity to implement flipped classroom.In view of the problems existed in flipped classroom ability,from aspects such as enhance the teachers' flipped classroom knowledge and teaching skills,encourage school related policy formulation,and proposed relevant countermeasures and suggestions on flipped classroom training.In order to provide reference for the improvement of teachers' flipped classroom competent.
