With the continuous development of preschool education in China,the demand for the quantity and quality of preschool education practitioners is increasing.Influenced by the policy of "double creation",college students' innovation and entrepreneurship are supported by all walks of life.This research focuses on the employment intention of pre-school vocational graduates,and carries out investigation and research from two levels of employment intention and entrepreneurship intention to provide policy guidance and demand of the times.This research combs and summarizes the relevant research by literature method,combines the relevant theories of employment and employment intention,refers to the relevant research results,investigates the pre-school education graduates of three vocational colleges in Hebei Province through questionnaires and interviews,and sums up the correlation of influencing the employment intention of pre-school education graduates with the help of maturity scale.Factor,and make descriptive,correlation,difference and regression analysis,draw the analysis results and form research conclusions.Occupational attitudes,subjective norms and perceived behavioral control have significant positive effects on employment intention in the industry.Subjective norms,perceived behavior control and entrepreneurial intention have significant positive effects.Professional attitude and entrepreneurship intention have significant negative effects.The analysis results show that occupational attitude,subjective norms and perceived behavior control all have significant predictive effects on employment intention and entrepreneurship intention of pre-school higher vocational graduates.Based on the above analysis,two conclusions are drawn: one is that pre-school higher vocational graduates have strong employment intention in the industry,the other is that pre-school higher vocational graduates have strong entrepreneurship intention.At the same time,in the research process,we also found some focused problems:first,the employment intention in higher industries is in contradiction with the loss of personnel in higher industries.Secondly,there is a great difference between the higher entrepreneurial intention and the lower implementation of entrepreneurship after graduation.Thirdly,the lack of career development goals of some graduates leads to the lack of employment confidence.Fourthly,intentions are strongly influenced by the environment,neglecting career matching and causing potential loss.Fifthly,we should choose preschool education specialty based on good employment situation rather than mission call.Finally,this study makes corresponding attribution analysis for the aboveproblems,and puts forward corresponding development countermeasures from the dimensions of national policy,family influence,school education,personality development and so on.
